Kim has been an instrumental member of Rogers Krajnak Architects, Inc. since its inception in 2001. Kim's responsibilities include accounting, human resources, and other daily office operations. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from Bowling Green State University, a Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University, and a Master’s in Academic Advising from Kansas State University. Trained as a social worker, Kim strongly believes community service is essential. She has volunteered with the Mid-Ohio Food Collective and has served as a hotline volunteer and volunteer trainer for Suicide Prevention Services. She volunteered at her children’s schools, including serving as PTO president for Cassingham Elementary School in Bexley and co-chair of the Bexley Education Foundation Bravo event. She also served as a past church council member at Christ Lutheran Church. She is currently serving on the Huckleberry House Board of Directors.
