This project consists of numerous interior and exterior improvements to this stone and cedar shake clad Bexley home. Located at the edge of the East Main Street commercial district, the exterior improvements include a new detached garage that serves to buffer the back yard and residence from the adjacent service alley. A new patio and garden will be created between the new detached garage and the new one story addition to the home. The addition accommodates a new rear porch with stone arches and a new breakfast room. The interior renovations include a remodeled kitchen which expands into the new breakfast room; a remodeled first floor powder room; a remodeled master suite; and remodeled bathrooms on the second and third floors.
