MAIN STREET STUDY
Bexley, OH
<< Back to Project List
Rogers Krajnak Architects, Inc. completed a conceptual study of a four block area for a 480,000 square foot mixed use development including retail, residential, hotel and office space. The study included three parking structures that would accommodate 700 cars. The buildings at the west edge of the site were designed to create a gateway to the community. Each building included first floor retail to continue the pedestrian activity that exists in the galleries and restaurants in the east end of the site. A bookstore anchored the first floor of the structure adjacent to Trinity Lutheran Seminary and Capital University.
