The project is the conceptual design of a 75,000 square foot mixed-use development including retail, restaurant, office and residential spaces. Comprised of three and four-story buildings, the development creates a prominent gateway for this community. A round glass turret and a brick and limestone tower flank the two-story bridge of office space that creates a welcoming vehicular entrance to the parking areas in the back of the site. A sweeping curve of glass offers views from the restaurant to the terrace, river walk, creek and park beyond. |
