This project involves a one-story addition to a 1920’s craftsman style residence. The addition provides a new family room, full bath, and laundry room. The addition is planned for possible conversion to a “mother-in-law” suite in the future. The exterior massing and detailing reflect the craftsman style influence of the existing residence.
