This new 4,200 square foot residence occupies a rural site of rolling farm land along Little Darby Creek. The house sits at the crest of a hill allowing dynamic views of the forest along the creek, which is more than 50 feet below. The floor plan locates the kitchen, halls, closets, and bathrooms on the entry side allowing gathering spaces and bedrooms to have continuous views towards the forest and creek.
