| This project is located in the East Town Street Historic District in downtown Columbus. The owner's existing, fire damaged carriage house was demolished. In its place a new two-story carriage house was built. The first floor includes a 3 car garage, workshop, and stair. The second floor consists of a one-bedroom apartment. The structure was designed to relate to the Italianate style main house. A new courtyard between the main house and the new carriage house was also part of the scope of the project. |
